What you'll actually do.

Spec the post-click experience. Partner with our CRO and dev team on landing pages, advertorials, and quiz funnels — usually shipped inside 48 hours.

Tracking & attribution

Pixels, CAPI, server-side, GA4, post-iOS measurement. You own the source of truth and defend the numbers when leadership asks.

Scaling systems

Build the playbook that turns winning campaigns into a repeatable engine. Document, automate, and refine — not just buy and hope.

Reporting & forecasting

Own pipeline, ROAS, blended CAC, payback windows. Be the person leadership trusts when planning the next quarter's revenue.

Requirements

What we're looking for.

We're hiring experienced marketers, not beginners. You should be comfortable inside an ads manager and have receipts to back it up.

  • 2+ years running paid campaigns with personal P&L responsibility — not just executing someone else's plan.
  • Documented results — ROAS, scale curves, CAC reduction, with specific numbers you can defend on a call.
  • Deep Meta and/or Google Ads fluency — campaign structures, audiences, bid strategies, and the ability to diagnose why a winner stopped winning.
  • Comfortable reading data without translating it through someone else. You should know your way around GA4, Pixel events, and a basic spreadsheet model.
  • Comfortable briefing creatives, writing hooks, and giving sharp feedback on ad concepts.
  • Hungry to learn. If "I already know everything I need to know" sounds like you, this isn't the seat.
  • TikTok, native (Taboola/Outbrain), programmatic, or lifecycle (Klaviyo) experience.Bonus
